1.  To place a wholesale order with Oxumwear you need to fill out the New Account Application Forms (download forms) and fax them to us for approval (fax: 310.559.5316).

2.   What is your minimum dollar amount for an order?                                                                            Oxumwear's minimum initial wholesale order is  $350. Purchase Order Form

3.How long does it take to process and ship and order? All orders take up to three weeks to be processed and shipped. Depending on stock, you may receive your items prior to this time.

4. Can I get a refund or an exchange? Oxumwear will accept exchanges only for an account credit that can be used for future orders. If upon receipt of a Oxumwear shipment, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer care immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Oxumwear needs to be informed of any errors in ten business days, so we encourage you to examine all orders the day you obtain them.
